For Individuals

I support leaders, educators, writers, political candidates, career changers, and others who want to make a difference and accomplish their goals. We ground our coaching work together in purposeful questioning, deep listening, collaborative thinking, strategic action, and, always, results.

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

We identify your purpose, set specific goals, and figure out the path to achieving those goals.

Step 2

We map your journey and set up the systems you need to take that journey— alone or with my continued support.

Step 3

Everything we do is tailored specifically to your purpose, goals, skills, interests, and experience.

What it might look like:

ONGOING SUPPORT

Supporting a politician to articulate and create her messaging—slogans, website content, campaign emails, op-eds, and more—across multiple campaigns

We stay in regular contact through Zoom, email, phone, and texts, sometimes several times a day.

PROJECTS

Guiding a consultant who works with social justice organizations as she figured out how to share her 25 years of experience and knowledge with her field

We worked almost wholly via email, as I gave detailed conceptual and textual feedback on multiple drafts of a paper that evolved into a book, then advised her on communications with publishers.

SOLUTIONS

Helping a retiring academic to identify a potential second career and outline a plan for exploring it

We met once on Zoom, and he was ready and excited to proceed on his own. I never charge for the first meeting, even if it ends up being the only time we meet.
